Hi! Im confused and need some opinions or advice!!!!!!! My husband and i have been trying to conceive for last couple of months, whilst overseas and have just returned home. I took a early pregnancy test about 8DPO but it was negative and then my period associated with lots of bad cramping came on the due date - was bright red blood and only last day and a half and not very heavy. so i thought that was the end of that cycle and to concentrate on ttc this cycle, but for the last 2 days i have really bizarre relatively mild cramping - like my period is going to come again - but no bleeding and maybe my nipples are a little tender? So got myself worried about this cramping and decided to do a pregnancy test, despite my period? coming when it was meant to and it showed up a faint positive????? OMG i dont know whether to get my hopes up or whether this has happened to anyone else? i thought maybe a false positive but i followed all the directions? any advice would be great! thanks!

  2. no false positive. Congrats, send some of that luck my way  LOL

  3. oohhhh that is so exciting for you!!

I have heard countless times over and over you can't get a false positive!!!!

You can how ever get a ghost line if you look at your test after 5minutes.. so if you saw your line within 4 mins you have yourself something to get excited about!!!  Go to you doc and get checked out they can to a blood test to confirm it. You may of been experiencing an implatation bleed last week.. !!

Add the out come when you find out... i'm interested to see the follow up.. take a test first thing tomorrow morning and and it will give you a better reading.. GOOD LUCK!!
