Question

my period stopped for about two monthes

and then i had it yesterday and it was just pouring !!

alot of blood >_<

is it normal?

and i cant barley walk !

and my stomach feels numb too

i am only 13 !!!!

an icey hot pack and heat it put in on your tummy and takes ome tylonal andthen take a nap

get some midol. that stuff is so amazing, im sure your mom has some. if not tylenol is good too. chill out on the couch for a while until you feel a little better. take a warm shower and you&#039;ll be okay. =)

Its normal.  Get some Tylenol for the pains and some super pads.  You will be ok.  Try a hot water bottle on your tummy.
