Periods after breastfeeding?

Question

For those of you who have breastfed - how long did it take before you got your period back and how long before they were regular again? I breastfed my daughter exclusively for 6 months and then introduced solid foods... still nursing at almost 14 months. I got my first period 2 months ago - about 2 weeks before her 1st birthday (and the day before mine!) It was just like a normal period... 33 days later I got my 2nd one, which was just like the first. Before baby I had 28 day cycles which were very regular. This is my 3rd baby, but the only one that I've nursed beyond 8 weeks. I'm now on day 34 of my cycle and still don't have my period. I know I'm not pregnant - obviuosly my periods just aren't regular yet. Just wondering about the experiences other moms have had. Thanks!

I had my baby 4 mnths ago and still havent gotten my period, I wonder when I'll get mine cause I was pretty regular too

I breastfed my daughter for the first 6 months but I  got my period while i was breastfeeding when she was a little over two months.. my periods would come maybe a week late or a week early so i couldnt keep good track of it
