There isn't a module to convert from XML to CSV, primarily because you need to specify quite a bit more what you want.  There are, however, modules for interpreting XML, such as XML::Simple, which should work fine if you're using a relatively straightforward XML schema.  From there, you should be able to build your CSV file pretty easily.
