i have natural curly hair. i have been getting a perm to make my hair straight, but now i want my hair back curly but also healthy. my hair is kinda short right now so i want to keep getting a perm to make it grow but then when it grows i want a texturizer to make it back curly and healthy. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD PLAN ?

  1. You shouldn't get too many perms. It leaves your hair dry, and damaged. I got a straight perm last year, and now my hair is not thick anymore, and it looks flat. Plus, you have to buy expensive shampoo to keep your hair healthy. If you get a perm, you should wait for at least a year and a half to get another. Your hair is short, so just let it grow, and then get a permanant perm, not a temporary one. Perms DO NOT make your hair grow longer. I suggest buy Loreal Products because it helps with damaged hair.  And you should get a straight perm, and when you want your hair curly, buy a curling iron.

  2. yeah just try not damage it with all that perming and once it's long and curly, don't get a perm. It will dry your hair out.
