Permanent disability?

I was in a car accident. Drs. cannot find reason for my pain. Are talking about declaring it a permanent disability. How is the Disability pay calculated?

You need to come back here and let us know if you  are talking about Social Security or an insurance or what? Were you covered at the time of the collision by workman's comp?

Was it your fault?

Who's insurance is covering?

Etc.

SSI is max $630

But there is a lot more data that needs to be had to give you a good figure.
