Permanent foundation on a trailer

Question

Was wondering how you find out who can do a permanent foundation on a trailer and does anyone have any idea how much it might cost. Our trailer is a single wide 14X70, thanks.

As far as I know you can't have a permanent foundation (if you're talking about poured cement foundations) - that would make it an actual home, and trailer homes aren't built to the same standards. I could be wrong though - check with your city's building department to be sure.
