Permanent marker off hardwood floors and a white couch?! ASAP!

Question

i'm babysitting three kids and one of them got perm. marker everywhere!

including the hardwood floors and white couch!

i'm so screwed! need answers ASAP!!

Try Mr. Cleans  Magic Eraser.  Goo Gone or Goof Off may work as well

Believe it or not - regular toothpaste should do it. I have used this on whiteboards, & furniture. Good Luck

acetone fingernail polish remover will remove the perm.marker off the hardwood floors and it wont ruin the finish on the floor.i'm not sure about the white couch.

Rubbing alcohol and lots of paper towels.
