Permanently Damaged Knuckle?

I have a punch bag I like to use quite alot but I had to stop after punching a wall over something stupid.. My knuckle was obviously sore but I thought it would go away after so long, I find it hurts alot when I hit my bag now, a bad pain right in the center of my middle knuckle. I tried using it the other day and after waking up the following morning my knuckle was bruised.. theyve never bruised before, not even after hitting the wall.. Any idea what I could have done to it and if its permanetly damaged?

you have an compression fracture. you have to let it heal, otherwise it'll keep hurting.

dont worry sissy my knuckles are probably worse then yours if you go to the doctors your a little girl mine is broken right now from street fighting i know its broken but it will heal on its own just have patience and hit the bag with your working hand and for the damaged ones just let it heal and use ice

Probably not permanent. but I would let it heal for a week. then if it still hurts then I would go to the doctor. no hitting anything the bruised tissue has to heal.
