Permanently removing the msiexec.exe popup?

Does anyone know how to get rid of a MSIEXEC.EXE pop up that keeps running every time i open an application or refresh the screen? I have tried Uniblue spyeraser but i cannot even get to update it because the popup wont let me finish installing!
