  1. The person that got there first or to the right.

  2. A FOUR-WAY STOP sign means that there are four stop signs at this intersection.

Traffic from all four directions must stop.

The first vehicle to reach the intersection should move forward first.

If two vehicles reach the intersection at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right.

  3. If they are head on, they can both go at the same time. If either are turning right, they can also go at the same time. All this is assuming any movement is safe and all vehicles arrived at the exact same time.

If cars meet at a right angle, Nautical law states the person coming from the left had the right of way, and I think the same goes for the road.

  4. Just remember : LEFT. The person on the left has the right of way. If no one is on your left, you DON'T have the right of way. Of course, if they are head on, they can go at the same time.

  5. I'm not sure which is position is C and which is D but if you're are a 4 way stop, the person going straight has the right of way, unless they're all turning, then the person who go there first has the right of way and so on.

  6. The car that gets there first always has the right of way.

  7. if its a 4 way stop the first vehicle goes first. or the vehicle on the right is given the right of way
