Permit papers????

Question

So I had all my papers to go get the permit test,like ED and all the registration to take the test papers.I took the test and I didn't pass it,so I wanted to take another test but I lost my papers.What should I do,I had the picture from the DMV and the papers.i really need to take the test but I can't without the papers????What should I do,Please help!!!!!!!

Go back to the DMV, you need those papers and they may have you on file.  Give a call to see what you'll need to show them.
