What was Pernell Whitaker's training regime?...Does any body have any info about the way he trained and how he trained before a fight?

Not a clue.... might be something you could ask one of the analysts, or a guy like Bert Sugar. I'm sure he spent plenty of tiem working on his reflexes, and fast twitch muscles.
