Hi..I'm preparing a German type meal and I am serving vegetarian bratwurst, sauerkraut, rolls (to put the brats in), and potatoes
I also want to serve perogis. Yeah yeah, I know they're Polish, Not German, but they seem to fit the theme/meal
I recently bought a box of frozen perogis that are filled with mashed potato and cheese. They were yummy but.....
I want to "do something" more with them... any suggestions for a sauce, or way to make them into a "dish" Something to add a little "oomph" to the perogis??
Any thoughts??
