Is it possible that I could have a eye doctor to make these perscriotion glasses?

  2. yes and no.

    some offices are willing to use a patient's frame to cut new lenses, as long as you have a valid Rx, but you should ask to double check.  Often times, the office staff will ask you to sign a waiver saying that you won't hold the office/lab liable if the frame is damaged while in the process of getting lenses cut.  it's difficult putting lenses into plastic frames because the lenses have to be pushed into the lens area, as opposed to a metal frame, where they can be screwed in.

    it's difficult to say, just by looking at a picture, if it's possible to put new lenses into this frame.  SOMETIMES with store-bought "fashion" glasses the manufacturer glues the lens into the frame so that it's more sturdy (because people tend not to take care of cheap-y glasses).  if this is the case, then there's no way that the optical lap can take the lenses out without possibly damaging the frame.
