Perseid Meteor Shower In Texas?

Question

I was wondering what time I should be able to start watching the meteor shower tonight. I live in Texas so what time estimated time frame would that be for Central Time?

i've heard you can see it from anywhere in the states.here,it's supposed to start around one or two eastern time which is twelve or one central for y'all
