What are rights of person who is Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) and wants to marry a non-Indian (foreigner) IN India?

>> Well in this case, I am Indian born but now I am U.S. Citizen. And the girl I want to marry is in India but not a citizen of India. So is there any Law in India which allows this marriage?

-Thank you
