Person steps out of a moving car on the expressway, what do you think?

I can't give a lot of details as this really happened. That was not spectacular enough for the news.

Just carry on driving, but drop off to a car wash on the way home as there may be a mess on the front bumper!

I think they are not real bright.    The elevator doesn't go to the top floor.    They are a few french fries short of a happy meal.    

This could,  no  scratch that,   would be caused by stupidity.     This stupidity could be natural,  or induced by the intake of various substances.
