Depends on what the rules are.  If it's boxing in a ring with gloves, I think both Mayweather and Ali would do well, PBF by points, Ali possibly by KO. If you mean under Kimbo's own rules, then it would be young Tyson or Big Show.  Under MMA rules, then Bruce Lee.  (One rather sad thought is, Mayweather would probably take it if the $$$$ was right.)
