Personal insurance for dancers?

Anyone know any companies that provide personal insurance to dancers and entertainers? Other than Equity that is... thanks

What type of insurance?  Disability, liability, health, life?

Lot's of us on here have connections, and I use to compose music for modern dance (so I have a soft spot).  Let us know.

edit: You need to talk with an independent property and casualty insurance broker.  I would try to find *at least three* who seem competent.  Work with the one who gives you the best terms and service.  I only do life and health insurances, but I can assure you there is a difference between being licensed to sell and knowing what you're doing.
