I have a few Questions,

1. What forms do i need to provide to the dvla once i have purchased the plate

2. Do i need to contact my insurance providers about the number plate or do they automatically find out?

3. What happens to my car's number plate when i sell my car, does the dvla provide another number plate for the car?

*** that depends on your state

2. Do i need to contact my insurance providers about the number plate or do they automatically find out?

*** your car is insured using the VIN number - not plate number

3. What happens to my car's number plate when i sell my car, does the dvla provide another number plate for the car?

*** that depends on your state - NYS you get a new plate.  Cali the car keeps the plate (for regular plates).
