1- It's a combination of Nature and Nurture. It's been shown to be both in most cases.

2- I agree. A person who sucks at interpersonal relationships should not work retail, just as a person with low math skills should not work in research. Both could work in those jobs, but productivity would suffer.

1) ya..2 some extent..it also depends on experience..u cannt blam on heredity alone..

2)if u dont like the job u do..u can never b happy..u can never get the required job productivity..ultimately effecting ur personality..thus i agree to this statement..
