hi,i need a simple speech topic that i can explain in two minutes.like why you should brush your teeth more,stuff like that,something light and easy. not heavy long stuff like abortion.please any ideas.thank you

Why you should eat well?  Why you need a good night's sleep?  Why you should bathe?  Why you should look both ways before crossing the street?  Why go to school?  Why be polite?  Why have respect for your elders?  There's a ton of topics.

Global warming? That can be pretty quick depending on your views.

Example: The polar ice caps are melting at an alarming rate, with continued use of carbon emissions, we are depleting our environment of natural resources and destroying the ozone layer. Improvement could be seen through cleaner resources, hydrogen energy for cars, solar energy, wind energy etc...

Pretty Simple right?
