Im pretty sure transwa (govt) coaches go to the Cervantes turnoff,which is the closest town to the Pinnacles, but its still 120 k's away. I'm not sure if there are local connections from there.

Passenger trains are mostly found in metro area, plus a line to Bunbury.

The Pinnacles area is, well, in the middle of nowhere.  You have to take a tour bus or drive yourself.
