  1. 2007 numbers are not in yet, so I only have 2006.

    Peru Exported 23.4 billion dollars in 2006.

    Top exports were:

    Copper (cathodes and concentrates): US$5.85 bill

    Gold: US$3.95 bill

    Zinc: US$ 1.76 bill

    Fishmeal: US$1.14 bill

    Imports were US$ 12.55 billion

    Main imports were:

    Petroleum and oils: US$2.65 bill

    Telephones: US$350 million

    Wheat: US$227 million

    Corn: US$214 million

    Peru's GDP in 2006 is US$70.82 billion according to Peru's Central Reserve Bank
