Peru foods and drinks with prices....please?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a menu I have to do for school. I need a specialty food, some appetizers, some main courses, some drinks, and some desserts. I also need the prices for these items in the peruvian currency.

    Main Courses

    Cebiche of fish

    Ingredients:

    -- 1 kilogram of sole

    -- 300 Grms red onion to the pen

    -- 18 lemons

    -- Limo pepper to taste

    -- Salt

    Preparation:

    Place the fresh fish cut into a source cebichera. There it is washed with onion cut into very thin pen, remember that the cebiche is not fish and onions. Take a handful of salt, remove carefully with your hand, add chopped chili limo, squeeze lemon juice and ready to enjoy.

    Drinks

    Chicha Morada

    Ingredients

    1 kilo of purple corn

    1 ripe pineapple

    3 quinces in pieces

    2 apples chopped (optional)

    3 cloves

    Tan

    4 litres of water

    Lemon juice

    Sugar to taste

    Preparation

    Wash well purple corn and put it to boil in a large amount of water along with the pineapple shell, quinces, cloves and cinnamon. Boil until the corn kernels revienten. Remove from heat, let cool and strain.

    At the time consuming, add sugar and lemon to taste. You can serve with apples cut into squares. Once the preparation, the color will become more intense.

    Note: This drink can be preserved and consumirda for several days. Just chilled before adding the lemon juice and sugar to prevent fermentation.
