i have a male hedgehog and we have come to find out that he might have inflamation of the skin or even skin disease. It says in my hedgehog book that we must find a vet that will be able to treat a hedgehog which is very hard since they do not learn about them in vet school. But there are alot out there so if you know or can find a vet that will treat exotic pets like hedgehogs please tell me... I live in CT, it can even be in a state close to it. Offer me ether a website, phone number, or the complete name so i will be able to mapquest it... Only answer if you can help me and my pet....

  3. I would suggest going to a small animal hospital/clinic where they have trained on small animals and  that way they will at least be familiar with dosage and such for a small little animal.  Ive never seen a hedge hog....... good luck and look in the phone book or google small animal clinics in your area.
