  1. yeah

  2. I can't say. Iguanas are very complex creatures, no one without research should care fo them. I WANT YOU TO RESEARCH FOR A MONTH!!! These things are very rewarding if you put all your effort, if you do research, i dont need to tell you anything, and i trust you that you will research...

  3. Well here's the catch:

you need a huge tank (about 100 gallons or more) 70 at the least

The right lighting a heat fixtures, (such as UVB and so on)

If you have the money, I'd definatly recommend them, they make great pets. (Bearded dragons are an EXCELLENT choice if you can't meet the housing needs) I have one and he's the BEST pet ever!

  4. that depend on what you want out of a pet. Make sure you have the money and space for one too. they reqiuer verry large enclosers when full grown. The males are known for developing an aggresive, even dangerios, tempement when they are full grown despite being tame when they were young. Even female will occasional get hormonal and have fits of aggresion. they can certainly make wonderfull pets but know what your in for. Im sure you know to do your reserch.

  5. It takes a lot of time and effort on your part....They need fruits and vegs...plus the right lighting. My iguana was littter box trained so that part wasn't horrible.

They do carry parasites and harmful bacteria in their stools so be careful, esp if young kids are going to be handling him/her.

All in all, if you spend time with them and handle them a lot, they are pretty affectionate, but a lot of work!!
