  1. iv got both but for a starter reptile get a bearded dragon.

  2. I like snakes better than lizards. I like the way they feel.

  3. I would say a lizard but only if you get a bearded dragon. They love humans and you need to get a baby one and hold it a lot so it likes humans. They are costly though. If you can't get one than go with snake. Recommend a corn snake for they are smaller and can be adjust to liking being held if you buy a baby and hold it a good amount too.

  4. if you are okay feeding live or pre killed animals to reptiles id reccomend a snake or if ur too much of a puss1y id get a lizard lol..

  5. it really depends on what your looking for if you just want a snake or lizard just to have it then you should really look into something else.these animals require alot of care and i've seen alot of people buy these animals and have them die a week later because they didnt do their research. if you are serious about owning one here are some suggestions and a few caresheets to get you started.

    lizards:

Leopard Gecko: stay relatively small dont bite and dont require UVB

African Fat Tailed Gecko:basically the same care as the leopard gecko but are somewhat calmer than leos

Bearded Dragon: very docile dont bite tolerate alot of handling but have more requirements than Leopard geckos

Viper Geckos:these tiny little geckos (4in)are easy to care for and can be held carefully once in awhile

    Snakes

Rosy Boa: one of the smallest Boas in the world and are very docile

Sand Boa:also very small, docile and make great beginner snakes

    http://www.repticzone.com/caresheets/931...

Ball Pythons: bigger than the previously listed snakes but arent overly big and are very docile

    http://www.repticzone.com/caresheets/130...

Corn Snake: generally recommended as a beginner snake due to their docile nature and ease of care and their many morphs

  6. Snakes by far. You can handle them more, they get stressed out less, and they're keeping requirments are far less complicated. Plus I just think they're georgeous and I love how they feel. Snakes have personalities too. I recommend for your first snake getting a corn or california kingsnake, or a ball python.

  7. get a crested gecko or a leopard gecko!!

  8. Lizard

  9. snake, get a ball python, the morphs are so cool and lizards have no personality a snake does
