How do i get a pet passport for my dog and how much does it cost?

pretty sure the UK is the only place you would need a passport for your pet. Best bet is to look up the country's consulate and call them.

As far as I know pets don't have passports.  But if you are taking your pet to a foreign country you may have to fill out paperwork ahead of time.  Check the country's web site for details on pets.  They may also quarantine the pet for a while, depending on what it is.  If it's a short trip it may not be worth it.  You may not see the pet again until you are ready to leave
