  1. Well scince you feel that you like the puppy better, maybe try bonding with your new dog more so you can have just as good relationship with the new dog as the puppy.

  2. Well, you just have to think to yourself. Did they ask you to buy them? Is it that dog's fault you don't like it? Areyou really doing everything you can to make the situation work? They are innocent animals, they will die without you! You should be treating them like your babies!

WHY don't you like the second dog as much? If there is a problem, be an adult, find the source of the problem, and resolve it! You can "fix" whatever is wrong with the other dog so you do like it as much. You probably are just not spending enough tim bonding and training it. I urge you to take them both to obedience classes so you can bond. Make an effort! If you don't want to do anything about it and just dump the dog at some shelter, then please erfrain from having any more pets.

I hope you're happy, your question ruined my day.

  3. Don't feel bad :)  It's not at all unusual to like one pet more than another, or even just differently.  Just like with your human friends.  I'm sure there's one friend you like more than the others, even though you are friends with them all, right?  It's perfectly OK.  The more important thing is to give your dogs equal time and attention, regardless of whether you have more affection for one.  So, how about you try to give the new dog some individual attention and bonding time.  Depending on the dog's temperament and what it likes to do, this could be obedience classes, agility, dock diving, herding, flyball, etc if the dog would enjoy that sort of activity, or if you have a 'couch potato', maybe just hanging out on the sofa and watching a movie while snuggling with the dog!  I try to give both mine 'alone time' with me.  So, for example, my Min Pin went rafting with me the other day, he had tons of fun, and my Boston would have been overwhelmed by it all.  Then last night, my Boston and I went out for a walk with my dog trainer and one of her dogs.  She had a good time and got to spend one-on-one time with me in a setting she was happier with.  See what activities your dogs each like to do and try to find an activity with each that you can do with just that dog to give them some individual time with you!  Good luck!

  4. never favour either pet as much as possible

unfortunatley animals do die but just think of the good times you had with him/her. All 3 dogs probably have very diferent personalities just spend time with them and try not to favour =]
