Pet Turtle question?

I have a florida softshell turtle.. can you give me some facts about them and how deep their water should be?

Florida Soft Shell Turtle

Scientific Name: Apalone Ferox

Agressive species, Ferox means ferocious in Latin.

Males:6"-12"

Females:8"-14"

Blah, Blah, Blah.

Water depth should not be too deep. Depending on the size of the turtle that is. Soft Shells prefer to stretch their snouts up to the surface to breath, while they are laying on the bottom of the aquarium. So obviously you don't need too much water, depending on the size of the Soft Shell.
