Pet care business?

Hi,

I have been searching for additional, part time work. It ocurred to me that looking after people's pets in their homes would be a good idea, but I just don't know HOW to do it, the logistics. I have loads of experience with my own pets, but I would like to know how to get started? Do you have to have any special license, or permit? How do you get clients?

first think, which aimals do you want to cater for this is the most important thing

when you have decided find out what all of theses animals need

say you choose hutch animals ie rabbits and guinea pigs

firstly  you need hutches thihnk how big do you want them to be for 2 guinea pigs of 4 rabbits?

the bigger the better i say

then you need out door outdoor runs

then you need storage space for all their needs

straw, hay , sawdust, pellet mix , treats ,toys

you could make a deal with your local super market about you get all of their out of date veg etc for free

you then need to advertise local papers ,schhol fayre brocheres - good for little kiddies as they have pets etc spread the word price fairly and ty not to go on holiday in school holidqys and o the end of term time as this is when your most likely to get buisness
