Pet rabbit prices...?

Question

hi i am planning to buy a rabbit and a Guinea pig , could you tell me rough prices please?i would like to know a price for either a cute little english rabbit or a dwarf rabbit and a guinea pig,or the name of a good site that can tell me which is what i really want but either will do,thanx also if you are selling a rabbit hutch....contact me please!

I was just at pet smart today and they had their guinea pigs on sale for $39.99

my dad breeds them,most he gives away....hutches cost around £25 for a nice one.

Hi!

It's no longer reccommended for rabbits and guinea pigs to live together, as they have different diets and needs. Try a neutered male and female rabbit, or two guineas instead.

Why buy from a pet shop when you can adopt? Check out this website, it has loads of advice and really opened my eyes about the overpopulation of unwanted, abandoned pet rabbits.

hi there!! i breed rabbits and guinea pigs they are cheaper from a breeder i sell 2 g/pigs for a £10.00 and pets at home sell 2 g/pigs for £36.00! i sell 2 rabbits for £30.00 and pets at home sell 2 for £45.00 i hope this maybe of some help to u!!! an english rabbit is very big go for a small breed like Netherlands is a very small rabbit a mini or dwarf lop or a mini rex they have a very nice coat!!!!

My guinea pig I bought for 39.99 at PetCo and my rabbit for 69.99 at PetCo also. When I visted to get suplise, the prices stay virtually the same.

I wouldn't buy them online if I were you, but Pets At Home is an excellent store and there are plenty of them around. They have a website and pages on Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, you can't buy them online but it tells you the prices xx

Commercial hutches nowadays are far too small so to get a proper size one remember the added cost of that.

hm.. i got my rabbits for 80 ea... from a store with vaccinations .. and then i bought a used hutch for 100.. new ones around here are about 180 or so..

my bun was £30 from a pet shop. i've seen in my local paper they're £10.  but keep it mind that (for a bunny anyway) you have to have it vaccinated against VHD and Myxo. every year, and at my vets its £20 each, every time, plus neutering costs about £50!! hope that helps!!

I dont know about a guinea pig but i know aout rabbits.

Some people sell theres for free with hiutches and that.

Pet shops sell rabbit usally about £25 but i think they have jags and that.

Some people sell there litter or there rabbits for usally £5 to up to £20.

I saw a pegigree top bloodline rabbits for sale for £50.

Uhm I'd say around £22 for a baby rabbit and then about £15-£20 for a guinea pig. Unless you look in local papers ofcourse where they'l no doubt be cheaper.

I don't know where you live, but we are here in Missouri. I bought my son a new guinea pig two weeks ago.  With a new cage, food, shavings and the piggy it cost me $88.67.  The Guinea pig itself cost me $25, I was surprised to say the least.  I can't shop around here as we have one pet store and the next one is more than a 100 miles away.  I am thinking that if you go to a larger chain though you might find a better price.  Also you can check with your local 4-H club if you have one for anybody who is a breeder that might have some for sale.  Can't help you with rabbit prices, we have owned many but only paid for a couple as the rest were all strays.  Guinea pigs make really great pets though, we love our piggy's!

my rabbit was 25.....guinea pigs are cute but stink....please don't house them together.  I paid 100.00 for the 1 cage....169.00 for the 2nd....80 for another one,   121.00 for a cage.   70 for a used outside hutch when my boy is out---but these sells for 200.00 and was in fantastic shape.  the guy even built me a box for the enside the lid raises and it's like a hideout....really cool....and 139.00 for a cage for my girl....everytime they come out with a better one-----------they get it.  my bunnies are spoiled!!!!!!!!!  2 play pens 40.00 for one-junk from super pets....then I got a huge one it's for dogs.....sells for 100.00- 150.00 I got it for 10.00 new at a garage sell.
