Pet sore and bald spot?

Question

Hello! my 3 year old dachshund came into the bathroom after i finished taking a shower and she had blood all over the side of her face, as soon as i cleaned it off she had a bald spot it looked like she had either scratched too hard or her and my boxer got into a fight of some sort. Well now the bald spot keeps getting bigger and she keeps scratching at it. I have a cone around her head right now and she always finds a way to get it off or she just sits in one spot and wont eat or drink even if i hand feed her. What can I do and does anyone know what could possibly have caused this?

i think she might have got onto a fight with the boxer or i relly think she had the"flea" so that why try to go to thed vet again to ask why is she having this and might get it cure hurry up
