Petco or Petsmart adoptions

Question

what are there process for dog adoptions? i am going next Saturday. how much is it for a Maltese or Bichon Frise, adult or puppy. i live in la, but staying in long beach, ca for now.

I don't know about Petco, but at Petsmart individual rescues come in each weekend, so it really depends on that rescue what the process will be.
