Peteles Hero to show his heroics at Romford – Rgoa Members Trophy Preview
A Ingram’s fawn dog, Peteles Hero, is expected to show a big run at Romford racecourse tonight, February 29 and lift the title of Rgoa Members Trophy Race which is scheduled to start at 20:53 (GMT).
The Grade S3 contest of 575m Flat distance has £111 of prize money. It is going to be a high-voltage clash.
The hounds, who are geared up to demonstrate their capabilities against Peteles Hero, include Keelys Tiger, Bubbly Impact, Apple Laura, Millie On Air and Tullowmac Flight.
With Peteles Hero standing as the hot favourite, Bubbly Impact and Millie On Air are expected to finish second and third in the event.
Following are the career snapshots of the trio:
Peteles Hero
The three-year-old veteran runner perked up his confidence to a great extent by winning a couple of consecutive races during the first half of February 2012. He went on to finish fourth and third in his two subsequent contests.
As a whole, the son of Greenfield Hero out of Drumcrow Rapid has bagged three victories since his debut in October 2011.
In tonight’s contest, the talented dog is expected to run convincingly and finish first. His chances to win are as high as 85 percent.
Bubbly Impact
P Young’s blue dog won two consecutive races each in October and November 2011. He bagged his last success on January 17, 2012. The experienced runner has been a consistent performer throughout his career.
The son of Rumble Impact out of Millwards Thebes finished second each in his last three outings from February 1 to 23.
The dog is likely to show a decent run tonight and finish second in the race. However, he will give enough tough time to Peteles Hero.
Millie On Air
Following her one narrow victory during December 2011, D Mullins’ brindle b***h won a big race by a big margin of 8 ¼ lengths on February 4, 2012. This success was a great morale booster for her.
The daughter of Pacific Mile out of Moona Moe Pilot finished sixth in her last outing on February 25. She is likely to notch up at least third position in tonight’s race.
Conclusion
Along with the favourite trio, the other three hounds too own sufficient firepower at their helm. Thus, there will be witnessed a fierce battle at Romford tonight. Peteles Hero will have to do his best to march towards triumph.
