Arsenal chairman, Peter Hill-Wood believes that finishing outside the top four won’t be the end of the world for the Gunners, since the team is prepared for such a situation.

Peter Hill-Wood recently came forward to address the teams form in recent weeks and instead of talking about any potential transfers, he went on to take a completely different route.
He believes that the Gunners should try and push for a top four spot, however, with the way things have been going at the Emirates, the team and the board are prepared for a finish in the top six, as opposed to the top four.
Hill-Wood is quoted to have said:  "We are hanging on in there, no more."
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 are going to face off against Manchester United this coming weekend and should they lose the game, they could see themselves fall all the way to the seventh spot.
Hill-Wood, when talking about that possibility decided to focus on the financial impact it would have on the team, as he went on to add: "From a financial point of view, not qualifying for the Champions League is quite a blow,” he added.
"We have been planning for not qualifying every year, so it's not a disaster, but it would be nice if we could."
At the moment, Arsenal are doing decently in the league. However, the team has not been performing at the levels that they are capable off.
Despite starting off the season poorly, the team managed to get their act together and picked themselves up.
Nonetheless, the team has gone on to suffer its signature hiccup once again and lost two back to back games to Fulham and Swansea.
These defeats have put the team in a position that they shouldn’t be in. The Gunners have dropped eleven points from winning positions this season. Had the team taken those points, they could have been sitting comfortably in the third spot.
It is now time for the team to pick up the pace, or the team could have a very poor end to a season, that seemed like it could end on a high for the team.
