KP made headlines after playing a match-saving knock of 149 in the second Test against South Africa, where he helped his side end the game in a draw after http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 had won the opening game.
With this draw, England managed to hold on to their number-one title in Test cricket until the third and final Test which saw them losing to the Proteas. To make matters worse, KP's provocative texts to South African players, criticizing the then Test skipper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AJ-Strauss-c964 were released to the ECB.
The flamboyant all-rounder was consequently axed from the third Test and then left out of the T20 squad that played against South Africa.

However, the matter is being discussed behind closed doors, preventing any information to be leaked to the media.
While most players in the English team have expressed desire to play alongside KP, England management does however, believes that the current outfit has performed well even without him.
KP’s future will be revealed on Thursday, when the ECB is expected to announce the names of the players for the upcoming World T20 Championship in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sri-Lanka-c758.
