Some of my friends and i want to petition our principal to hire our former language arts teachers and suggestions? all comments are welcome

I wish you well with your petition.  It would be helpful if your group attempted to have the board of education to rule for reinstatement.  It would be a good idea to ask local politicians to step up for your teacher and indirectly for you. Good luck.  This is an important project.  But, take a dual approach: principal and board of education.  Try to enlist the support of as many adults as possible.  The objective is to apply as much pressure as possible to change a hiring decision.

It might be a good idea to find out why the teacher was let go,before you get involved.Did the teacher do something illegal to cause the dismissal?Was it because of budget cuts?Is there a real chance that they might get their job back.If so,I would write a petition asking the principal to rehire the teacher and list all the reasons you can think of  for why they should do so.Then get as many students,teachers and parents to sign your petition.Good Luck
