Petitionig both relatives?

pwede bang petisyunin ng magulang ang anak na may pamilya na sa pilipinas?yung kapatid sa kapatid.like ur us.citizen i can petition my merried brothers?or single sister?how long do i need to wait?how much it cost?how bout ur parents that us citizen can they petition there merried son in philippines?

Direct relatives can be petitioned but the priority will be lesser in case they are already married.

A US citizen can petition for a parent, a spouse, a fiance, a child or a sibling.  In the case of children, there is a difference in priority depending on whether they are married or single, but for siblings, there is no difference whether they are married or not.
