Petland Hamsters?

Hey I want a hamster and am willing to do the reaserch but i need to know what kind to do reaserch on. I wll buy her/him at petland what kind of hamsters do they sell. (Dwarf,common, all kinds?)

well you can check out the site of pet land sorry i don't know much about petland but being 2 hamsters' owner i know about hamsters

1 if you are a first time hamster owner or a child say 14 or below then you should take a Syrian Hamster (Male preferably) AS female are aggresivealso

2 they are bigger and perhaps easier to tame and once tamed they are tamed for lifetime!

3 but they are not social with each other and perhaps will fight  each other to death if kept together!

4 Theses get along well with people!

1 Dwarf hamsters are also good but they are a bit nasty and tend to bite more!

2 There size is small and need a bit specification in the cage like the gap between the bars etc.

3 These are very social and get along with each other but there may be execptions!!

I got a teddy bear hamster from playland. You can find them in a couple different colors. I recommend getting a teddy bear because they are more cuddly and less likely to get restless and destructive.
