Dan Petrescu has urged his side to maintain consistency in the upcoming Russian Premier League games and has hinted at possible winter acquisitions at Arena Khimki
Although Dynamo Moscow are at the 9th spot on the Russian Premier League table, Dan Petrescu’s men were on the losing side just twice in their last 10 league meetings including tough fixtures against the championship’s
elite clubs.
The White-Blues managed to defeat the defending league champions, Zenit St. Petersburg with a 3-0 score line at home before recording a superb 5-1 win against Spartak Moscow at Luzhniki stadium.
The Moscow-based club continued in a similar fashion after extending their winning streak to four games by recording an emphatic 3-0 win against Rubin Kazan at Arena Khimki on Saturday.
Petrescu has hailed his side’s right attitude and fantastic performances lately and expressed his satisfaction over their latest win against the Kazan-based club at home.
“The team have started playing well. All the players are working hard. After each match, I always thank all the players for winning because it pays huge dividends. Our normal working atmosphere is just fantastic in which players
communicate with each other.”
“This victory is dedicated to all the fans who stuck with the team despite our weak performances. There have been difficult moments but they did not turn away. Same players, who were not playing well, are doing well now.” The former

The Romanian tactician, who joined the Moscow-based club after leaving Kuban Krasnodar this summer, has been in the sphere of a lot of criticism lately following Dynamo’s below par start to the league campaign this term.
News in Russian media, back in September, reported that the Louders started thinking about partying company with the 44-year-old head coach following unsatisfactory performances.
However, Petrescu silenced his critics after turning the fortunes of the Moscow-based club four months after his arrival.
Speaking on the upcoming winter transfer window, Petrescu revealed that the Russian outfit will look for reinforcements just like their counterparts and assured the fans of climbing up the league table.
