It looks kind of fishy to me, but if it is real then I'm sure someone from the government will be over to kill them soon enough :(

stop looking for these gimmicks. all they do is transfer good money from your pocket to the person selling this c**p. every time gas prices go up this stuff rears it ugly head, and has done so since the 1920's. if things like this were so effective, then the automakers would be putting these systems on their cars and bragging about it.
