Petrocheap.com? is this a viable technology?

Is this an acceptable method for converting your car to a hybrid? This was on a morning talk show and I checked out the site. Is this the answer to High Fuel Prices and Global Warming?

  1. No.  It violates the law of conservation of energy.There are many of these systems and they are all scams.

    BTW, HHO is not a stable molecule and would never last for more than a few nanoseconds or even picoseconds.  There is no spectroscopic evidence that such a molecule is being produced in their system.
