  1. The answer is the same as your scooter question.

They are illegal in public places and WILL be confiscated by the police and CRUSHED.

The only way you can use it in a public place is if it is Taxed, Insured, MOT'd and you have passed your test and have a full licence!!.

  2. 14mph on the footpaths? (you are not allowed on the road with them)   Bump into someone and they are likely to end up in an ambulance and you are likely to get prosecuted and sued!

Try walking or jogging, it is far healthier.

  3. No, you CANNOT use it on pathways.

It has a petrol engine.  It is illegal to use anything with a petrol engine on a footpath.

It is not road legal, so you can't use it on the road, either.

Basically, you can't use it anywhere, except on private land.

  4. the answer to this is NO it will be classed as a motor vehicle it may only go 14 mph but you will need insurance helmet ect and the bobbies will take it off you if you havent electric vehicles are in a different catagorie like dissabled scooters ect

  5. thats nice. whats the question?
