Petroleum-free wasp spray?

i work for an industrial gas company and wasps like to make nests in the cylinder caps. we can't use a wasp spray that contains petroleum for oxygen cylinders. does anyone know of a product like this? thanks!

Neem Oil.  This organic oil may still create an issue, but at least it is not petroleum based and it is used in dilute H2O solution.
