Peugeot 306 XL front windscreen demister not working?

Heater & fan working fine & air blows out from side vents on dash but no heat at all going up through windscreen vents (have tried all settings). Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

One of the heater distribution flap control cables is broken. This job is not too bad if you know what you are doing, if you don't know then it can be a bit of a nightmare. Take your car to a Peugeot dealer to fix it, and accept that you will pay more per hour for their labour, but they will get the work done faster. Should take no more than 1 1/2 hours.
