Peugout Vivacity 50cc scooter bogging down?

My Peugout i think is bogging down........ maybe a mixture problem?

i de-restricted my exhaush with no problems.... and when i took out the restricter plate from inside the rollers casing i got 50mph then i lost drive.. it coughs and splutters then totally dies!! although when running idle it is sweet as soon as you rev it dies....

please help.

i replaced the rollers/belts/filters and spark plugs but im still having the problem......

uhh try the carbs..... i have mopeds too and their a pain some times.....
