  1. No his going to start week one and because his had suck a great Oline his whole career and gets his passes off quickly he could play all 16games well this season and maybe the next few seasons

The knee wont hurt his fantasy value. If you dont have him you might even be able to get him for less

  2. It's funny how everyone is so quick to dismiss this knee bursa sac issue so quickly.

    "It's only a 6 week recovery..."

Guess what, Marvin Harrison had the exact same condition last year, and he never made it back.  True, he suffered setbacks in rehab, but it's not a slam dunk.

I think managers should consider the knee in weighing Manning's value.

If I draft Peyton, at the very least I am going to make sure I have a strong backup.  Jay Cutler, or David Garrard can be had in later rounds and would be suitable replacements.

This injury could be a good time to get Manning at a discount.

Be wary, and be prepared in case his rehab is slower than expected.

  3. Not at all. He'll be back to 100% healthy before the season even starts. It's nothing to worry about if you have him.

  4. I was also worried especially because I didn't draft another QB (I was planning to take a FA in Manning's bye week and drop him after that).

But he will be ready for the season opener and should put solid numbers once again.
